| How do I get on a City Council Agenda? If you have a concern and want to address the City Council, you can request to be on the City Council agenda. To do so, call the city recorder at 936-3877 ext 106 or send an e-mail to the mayor at mayor@nslcity.org, the Wednesday before City Council meeting. City Council meetings are the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month and begin at 7:00 p.m. Back to top
