NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

Please be advised that the North Salt Lake City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Room, North Salt Lake City Hall, 20 South Highway 89.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider site plan approval for new restrooms at Mathis Park, located at 820 N. 400 E.  A copy of the proposed plan is available at City Hall located at 20 S. Hwy. 89 and in the Community and Economic Development Department office at 642 N. 400 W. during regular office hours.  All interested people are invited to attend and make comment.  In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of North Salt Lake will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the hearing.  Requests for assistance can be made by calling 801-936-3877 at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing to be attended.
