PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING RESCHEDULED

The Planning Commission meeting scheduled for November 23, 2010 has been rescheduled for November 30, 2010 at 7:00 pm located at City Hall. The agenda will remain the same.

Please be advised that the North Salt Lake City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers, North Salt Lake City Hall, 10 E. Center Street. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on a request to re-zone real property from the R1-12 District to the RM-20 District. The property is located at 135 E. Center St. All interested people are invited to attend and make comment. The City is preparing to update its official long range plans regarding new neighborhoods, commercial districts, parks, trails, and street improvements.  The process starts with questions but not answers.  City residents now have a chance to shape the dialogue about which issues and solutions should be built into the General Plan.  The Mayor and City Council need you to be part of the conversation that begins at the North Salt Lake General Plan Workshop on March 29^th from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. at North Salt Lake City Hall.  CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION.

Center Street. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on proposed amendments to the City’s Land Use Development and Management Act. The City of North Salt Lake will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to the City’s Capital Facilities/Improvement Plan. The proposed amendments include: a waterline upgrade on Main Street between Center Street and Highway 89, a water line replacement on 350 North, a water line replacement on Center Street between the railroad tracks and Highway 89, and a water line replacement on Overland and Pacific Avenue. The hearing will be held on March 15, 2011 during a regular meeting of the City Council at the North Salt Lake City Hall, 10 East Center Street.
