Wellbeing Survey

The City is excited to partner with the Utah Wellbeing Project to survey our residents (age 18+) about wellbeing and local issues. The survey only takes about 10 minutes and is disponible en Español. 

Your participation in this survey will assist the City’s planning processes and give us a better understanding of wellbeing across Utah. Please share. We hope to get as many responses as possible.
