    Secondary water provided by Weber Basin Water Conservancy District will be shut off September 20, 2021.

    Portions of the City's secondary water will be shut-off on September 20th this year due to severe drought conditions.

  4. Get To The River Event - Jordan River Paddle

    September 25, 2021, 8:30 AM @

    Join us for the 8th annual Get to the River Event September 25th. This year's "Jordan River Paddle" includes a canoe/kayak trip along a beautiful 3-mile stretch of the Jordan River. Join us at 8:30 am at the new Riverview Boat Ramp in Salt Lake City (1835 N. Redwood Rd.). We will end at Porter's Landing Boat Takeout in NSL (50 South Jordan River Drive). A shuttle will be available for transportation back to vehicles at the put-in location. Masks are required for any unvaccinated individuals on the shuttle.

    Canoes and kayaks (along with life vests) will be available at no cost to you, but please feel free to bring your own. Participants will need to print and sign the waiver (link on website) and bring it on the day of the event or email to Ali Avery (alia@nslcity.org). Blank copies of the waiver will be available that day as well.

    Event brought to you by: Davis County, the Jordan River Commission and the City of North Salt Lake.

    The City of North Salt Lake, Jordan River Commission, and Davis County are once again sponsoring a canoe/kayak paddle on a beautiful 3-mile stretch of the Jordan River as part of the annual “Get To The River Festival”. The paddle will begin at 8:30am at the new Riverview Boat Ramp in Salt Lake City (1835 North Redwood Road) and end at Porter’s Landing Boat Takeout in NSL (50 South Jordan River Drive).
