The City's Health and Wellness Committee is pleased to partner with Davis Behavioral Health to bring the Circle of Security Parenting class to our community. This is an eight-week class beginning April 14th and running through June 2nd on Thursday nights. (See flier at right.)
The class is free to participants, and dinner is provided. Child care is also provided for younger children. Register now before the class is full.
For many months, the City has been discussing the many public needs related to health, safety and general welfare of our residents. During the 9.21.21 City Council meeting, the Council voted in favor of creating a North Salt Lake Health and Wellness Committee and is looking for volunteers to serve on this committee.
This committee will meet several times per year and will address physical and mental health, emergency preparedness, personal wellness, food and housing access issues, addiction services and other issues as needed.
