How to Pay your Parking Citation

Online Payment: Please wait 5 days from the citation date before making payment. 

Go to nsl.cityinspect.com/login and follow these instructions. 
  *No need to create an account to pay parking citation simply follow these instructions to sign in:

  1. On the "Sign In" screen, use your Citation Number, including all letters and numbers, as your Username. Your Citation Number is located in the upper right hand corner of your citation and begins with "NP" (ex. NP01234).
  2. Next, enter your password. Your password is the license plate number listed on your citation, with no spaces. If your VIN is listed instead, please use the last six numbers of your VIN.
  3. Then Click the "Login" button. Once logged in, your citation will be displayed. Click on "fees".
  4. Click on "pay all fees". This will redirect to Xpress Bill Pay to complete your secure payment.

Payment by mail: City of North Salt Lake, 10 E. Center St., North Salt Lake, Utah, 84054.  Be sure to include citation number with payment.

Payment in person: City of North Salt Lake, 10 E. Center St., North Salt Lake, Utah, 84054, Monday through Thursday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

Make check or money order payable to: City of North Salt Lake. DO NOT MAIL CASH. Record the citation number on the check or money order and include a copy of the Notice of Parking Violation with your payment. A 24-hour drop box is located in City Hall west parking lot.
