Persons wishing to appeal a Notice of Parking Violation must do so in writing within 30 calendar days from the date the Notice of Violation (or Citation) was issued. Requests for appeal may be submitted through the Parking Violation Appeal Form, in person during normal office hours, or by mail to the address provided below.

Written appeals must provide the Citation number, full name, mailing address, telephone number, and reasons for the appeal.
