Good Landlord Program

About the ProgramSubheading (5)

The purpose of the City’s Good Landlord Program is to provide to North Salt Lake’s rental owners and operators the training and resources that enable them to reduce criminal activities and eliminate code violations on their properties. This will thereby allow the City to provide a discounted business license fee in exchange for a reduction in service calls.
